What we collect through this website, why we collect it, who helps us handle it, and how to ask us to see or delete it.

Who we are
saifhaven.com is run by SaifHaven LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“SaifHaven”, “we”). For any question about this policy or your details, email hello@saifhaven.com.
What we collect and why
We collect what you type into a form, the technical data any website receives when you visit it, and the visit and click records described below.
- Free audit form (home page): your name, email, business name, website (or that you don’t have one yet), the city and state you mainly serve, your industry and, if you give them, your top services. We use these to prepare and send your audit, to reply to you, and to follow up with you about the audit. You can also give a phone number (optional): we use it only to call you about your audit if you ask us to. We don’t send text messages.
- Contact form: your name and email, and anything else you choose to add (company, phone, website, area you serve, topic, message). We use these to reply to you and follow up on your question.
- With every form message (free audit, free AI check and contact forms) we also receive the address of the page you sent it from, without anything after it in the link, and which industry style the site was showing. We use these only to see which page and style a message came from. No cookies, referrer or campaign tags are sent with it.
- What happens to a form message: messages from the free audit, free AI check and contact forms come to our email inbox, and we also store them in our own client system, SaifHaven OS, so we can keep track of them and follow up with you. We send you one email to confirm we received your message. We don’t add you to a mailing list or send you text messages.
- UnSnag page: the preview of our UnSnag product has its own waitlist and demo request forms (your email, and for a demo your company and expected data volume). We receive them by email. If you join the waitlist we send you a confirmation email and may add your address to a mailing list for UnSnag launch news. A demo request gets no automatic email; we reply ourselves.
- Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser details and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Requests are logged for a limited time.
- Your style choice: if you pick an industry style on the home page, your browser remembers it in its own local storage. It stays on your device; the only time we see it is the style name sent with a form message, as above.
- Site analytics: our pages load Cloudflare Web Analytics, a small script from Cloudflare that doesn’t use cookies. It counts page views, the sites that sent visitors to us, countries and device types, without identifying individual visitors. We use it to see which pages people read.
- Emails about outreach and proposals: some emails we send about outreach and proposals come from go.saifhaven.com. The links in those emails pass through our email provider, Resend, so we can see which links were clicked. Form confirmations and booking emails are not tracked this way.
- Private pages we make for you: when you open a private page we made for you, or an estimate in SaifHaven OS, we record which page was opened and when, the kind of device (phone, tablet or computer), and the approximate city, region and country. The location comes from your internet connection, not from GPS. We don’t keep IP addresses with these open records. We keep this in SaifHaven OS, our client system, so we know when to follow up with you.
We do not run advertising scripts on this site, and we do not set cookies of our own. Our hosting provider may set a technical cookie to tell people from bots.
Who helps us handle your details
We use a small number of service providers. Each one gets only what it needs for its job:
- Cloudflare hosts the website, receives the technical data above and provides the site analytics.
- Hostinger hosts SaifHaven OS, our own client system, where form messages and opens of private pages are stored.
- Resend delivers the emails our forms send: the message to our inbox, the one email confirming we received your message, and the UnSnag waitlist confirmation email to you. It also delivers the emails about outreach and proposals we send from go.saifhaven.com and records which of their links were clicked.
- Google hosts the email inbox where form messages arrive. The UnSnag page also loads an icon font from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when you open that page.
- AI tools that help prepare audit reports, such as Anthropic’s Claude. To prepare your audit we give them the details that describe your business (business name, website, area and services) and look at public information about it. Real people review every report before it’s sent.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising.
How long we keep it
Form messages stay in our email inbox and in SaifHaven OS while we work with you and until we delete them. Records of opens of private pages and estimates stay in SaifHaven OS the same way. Hosting logs are kept by Cloudflare for a limited period.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
Email hello@saifhaven.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and to stop any follow-up. Real people read every message and will reply by email.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or how we use it changes, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
