In detail
What gets in the way, and what we build.
Roofing, Restoration, Exteriors, HVAC & Plumbing, Solar, General Contracting, and other trades.
What gets in the way
- Calls missed while you’re on a job.
- Quotes that go out and never get chased.
- Leads shared with several other companies.
- Directories and bigger competitors showing up first for work right down the road.
What we build
- An estimate request form that writes up the job before you call.
- Missed-call text-back and quote follow-up, with messages you approve.
- Local pages for every town you cover.
- “Get an estimate” on every page, next to photos of finished jobs.
- SaifHaven OS, set up for how your jobs run.
Works with tools like Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan.

The follow-up that runs for you.
Each one runs from messages you approve, and you can pause any of them at any time.
Missed-call text-back
A plumber is under a sink when the phone rings. By the time they call back, the customer has hired someone else.
We text every missed caller back, in your words, with a link to book.
How it works: Missed-call text-backLead follow-up
A plumber gets a web inquiry while on a job site and answers it the next day.
New leads get a reply, and a follow-up until they book or tell you to stop.
How it works: Lead follow-upAI receptionist
A plumber is on a job site all day, and the phone keeps ringing.
Calls get answered from a script you approve: hours, services, booking. Callers are told it’s an automated assistant, and anything unusual goes to you.
How it works: AI receptionistEstimate follow-up
A roofer sends ten quotes a week and follows up on none of them.
Open quotes get a friendly check-in on a schedule you choose, until the customer answers.
How it works: Estimate follow-upAppointment reminders
A roofer drives out for an inspection, and nobody’s home.
Reminders the day before and the morning of, with an easy reschedule link.
How it works: Appointment remindersReview requests
A homeowner is thrilled with the finished job but never leaves a review.
Every finished job or visit gets a short, personal ask. New reviews get a drafted reply for you to approve.
How it works: Review requestsWin-back
A homeowner had a water heater fixed a while back and hasn’t heard from you since.
Past customers hear from you at the right time with something worth coming back for.

Questions, answered.
Are my leads shared with other companies?
No. We build inquiry capture on your own website and forms, so every lead is yours.
Do you work with Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan?
We work with tools like Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan: we can put their booking or request forms on your site and build the follow-up around them. How much more we can connect depends on the tool and your plan, and we check before we promise it.
Can SaifHaven OS help with storm work and insurance claims?
Yes, if you need them. SaifHaven OS has storm tracking against your service areas and open jobs, door-to-door canvassing on a phone that works offline, and insurance claim files from first notice to settlement.
Do automations send messages without my approval?
No. You approve the wording of every message before anything sends. You can pause any automation at any time.
Who owns the website, the accounts and the data?
You do. Your website and its content, your domain, your Google Business Profile, and your ad and analytics accounts are set up in your name. Your customer records are yours too. Whenever you leave, you get an exit kit: your domain and your logins and accounts (Google Business Profile, analytics and ad accounts), in your name; your website and its files; and an export of your records (customers, leads, quotes, jobs and invoices) in standard files you can open anywhere, which we prepare for you. SaifHaven OS itself stays with us.
How long is the commitment?
Every client is month to month after the first 90 days.
How much does it cost?
Pricing after your free audit. Each engagement is scoped to your business, not sold as a package, so we price it once we’ve seen what you have and what you need. You see a written plan before any work starts. Every client is month to month after the first 90 days. The audit itself commits you to nothing.
Do you work in my area?
