In detail

What gets in the way, and what we build.

Restaurants, breweries and taprooms.

What gets in the way

  • A reservation or private-event call missed in the middle of a busy service.
  • A phone that rings all through service with questions about tables, tours and hours.
  • Taproom and dining-room hours and menus that differ between your site, Google and the directories.
  • A release night that only the people already following you hear about.
  • Regulars who quietly stop coming in.

What we build

  • Table booking on your own site, with reminders that let guests confirm or cancel.
  • Private events and brewery tours booked direct, with the details sent to the person who runs them.
  • Today’s hours, the menu and a booking button at the top of every page.
  • Release nights and events listed on your own site.
  • Taproom and dining-room hours and menus kept the same on Google, your website and the directories.
  • A thank-you and a review link the morning after, with messages you approve.

Works with tools like Toast, Square, Clover, OpenTable and Resy.

The follow-up that runs for you.

Each one runs from messages you approve, and you can pause any of them at any time.

  • Missed-call text-back

A restaurant misses a reservation call in the middle of dinner service.

A brewery misses a call about a private event on a busy release night.

We text every missed caller back, in your words, with a link to book.

    How it works: Missed-call text-back
  • AI receptionist

A restaurant’s phone rings all through service with questions about tables and hours.

A taproom’s phone rings all afternoon with questions about hours and tours.

Calls get answered from a script you approve: hours, services, booking. Callers are told it’s an automated assistant, and anything unusual goes to you.

    How it works: AI receptionist
  • Lead follow-up

A restaurant gets a party booking inquiry through its website and answers it days later.

A brewery gets a tour or private-event inquiry through its website and answers it days later.

New leads get a reply, and a follow-up until they book or tell you to stop.

    How it works: Lead follow-up
  • Review requests

A restaurant’s happy regulars never think to leave a review.

A taproom’s regulars love the new release but never think to leave a review.

Every visit gets a short, personal ask. New reviews get a drafted reply for you to approve.

    How it works: Review requests
  • Win-back

A restaurant’s regulars have quietly stopped coming in.

A brewery’s taproom regulars have quietly stopped coming in.

Past customers hear from you at the right time with something worth coming back for.

    How it works: Win-back

Works with what you already use.

An add-on for food and drink businesses: we build around the tools you already have.

  • Online ordering and reservations

We connect your site to the ordering and reservations you already have, for example Toast, Square, Clover, OpenTable or Resy. We don’t add a second system.

  • Menu and drink list

Kept current on your site and your Google listing.

  • Private events

An inquiry form that captures the date, headcount and details, and goes to the right person.

More services that fit.

Each one is judged on one number and scoped to your business.

  • Email & Text Campaigns

Seasonal and win-back emails and texts to your own customer list, sent only to people who agreed to hear from you.

Everything SaifHaven OS does

Questions, answered.

Can guests book a table on our own website?

Yes. We put booking on your own site, with reminders that let guests confirm or cancel.

Can our phone be answered during service?

Yes, as an add-on once your texting is running smoothly. An AI receptionist can answer from a script you approve: hours, services, booking. Callers are told it’s an automated assistant, and anything unusual goes to you.

Can you keep our hours and menu the same everywhere?

Yes. We keep your hours and menus the same on your site and on Google, and check that your business details match across the directories Google reads.

Will you ask our guests for reviews?

If you want it. Guests can get a thank-you and a review link after a visit, with messages you approve. Every guest gets the same link, and nobody is steered away from posting.

Do you work with Toast, OpenTable, Resy or Square?

We work with tools like Toast, Square, Clover, OpenTable and Resy: we can put their ordering, booking or reservation link or widget on your site and build the follow-up around it. How much more we can connect depends on the tool and your plan, and we check before we promise it.

How long is the commitment?

Every client is month to month after the first 90 days. Whenever you leave, you get an exit kit: your domain and your logins and accounts (Google Business Profile, analytics and ad accounts), in your name; your website and its files; and an export of your records (customers, leads, quotes, jobs and invoices) in standard files you can open anywhere, which we prepare for you. SaifHaven OS itself stays with us.

How much does it cost?

Pricing after your free audit. Each engagement is scoped to your business, not sold as a package, so we price it once we’ve seen what you have and what you need. You see a written plan before any work starts. Every client is month to month after the first 90 days. The audit itself commits you to nothing.

Your next step

Start with the free audit.

We look at your website, how you show up on Google, and whether AI assistants mention you. Real people review every report before it’s sent.
