Paid Search & LSA
Paid Search & LSA
Google Ads and Local Services Ads set up and run against what a new customer is worth to you.
In detail
Who it’s for
Businesses ready to pay for more inquiries now: trades with a set service area, restaurants and venues promoting private dining and events, and clinics and firms with services people search for by name.
In your industry
- Home & Trade: A plumber’s ads run only in the towns the van actually covers.
- Food & Beverage: A restaurant promotes private dining to people searching for event spaces nearby.
- Health & Wellness: A dental office’s ads point to its online booking page, not the homepage.
- Professional Services: A CPA firm runs ads for tax help in the months people search for it.

It’s likely a fit if
- You run Google Ads but can’t tell which campaigns bring in work.
- Your ads show to people outside the areas you serve.
- Your category can run Local Services Ads and you haven’t set them up.
- Ad clicks land on your homepage instead of a page built for the call or the booking.
When it isn’t the place to start: If your Google listing and website aren’t in order yet, ads send people to a weak first impression. We’d usually fix those first, and we say so in the plan.
The problem
Paid search is where budgets disappear fastest. Broad keywords pull in researchers and people outside your area, and without call tracking the platform aims for whatever is cheapest, which is rarely the work you want.
How we fix it
We count calls and requests as conversions, so bidding aims at people who get in touch, not clicks. Where Local Services Ads cover your category, we run them alongside search.

How it works, step by step.
Inside the same four stages as every engagement: free audit, plan, build and check, run and report. A person checks each one. How we work
What we need from you
- Access to your Google Ads account, or your OK to set one up in your name
- Your ad budget, which you approve before anything is spent
- The work you want more of, and the areas you serve
- A rough idea of what a new customer is worth to you
- For Local Services Ads, the business details and documents Google asks for in your category
What stays yours
- Your Google Ads and Local Services Ads accounts, in your name
- Your campaign history and conversion tracking, in those accounts
- The landing pages on your site
How it connects.
Services that work alongside Paid Search & LSA. The free audit tells you which, if any, would make a difference.
Questions, answered.
Who pays for the ads?
You do, directly: the ad accounts are in your name, and Google or Meta bills your own card. Our fee for running the campaigns is separate. No ad goes live and no money is spent without your OK. Pricing after your free audit.
What are Local Services Ads, and can we run them?
Google ads for some local categories, shown at the top of the search page, where people can call or message you directly. Not every category or area can run them, so we check whether yours can before we suggest them.
Can we pause the ads?
Yes. You can pause the ads or change the budget at any time, and nothing restarts without your OK.
How will I know it’s working?
Each engagement is judged on one number, agreed in the plan before work starts, with regular reporting against it. If we don’t think we can move it, we say so in the plan.
Who reviews the work?
Real people review every report before it’s sent. People check each stage before anything moves on, and our designers launch every site. Our AI tools don’t publish to your site, change your domain settings, send email, spend ad money or post review replies without a person’s approval.
Who owns the website, the accounts and the data?
You do. Your website and its content, your domain, your Google Business Profile, and your ad and analytics accounts are set up in your name. Your customer records are yours too. Whenever you leave, you get an exit kit: your domain and your logins and accounts (Google Business Profile, analytics and ad accounts), in your name; your website and its files; and an export of your records (customers, leads, quotes, jobs and invoices) in standard files you can open anywhere, which we prepare for you. SaifHaven OS itself stays with us.
How much does it cost?
Pricing after your free audit. Each engagement is scoped to your business, not sold as a package, so we price it once we’ve seen what you have and what you need. You see a written plan before any work starts. Every client is month to month after the first 90 days. The audit itself commits you to nothing.
Your next step
Not sure Paid Search & LSA is what you need?
Start with the free audit. We look at your website, how you show up on Google and whether AI assistants mention you, and tell you which service, if any, would make a difference. Real people review every report before it’s sent.
