Homeowners want a ballpark before they call. A calculator on your site gives them one in a few short steps, and the request reaches you with the job already written up: the roof, the material, an estimated takeoff, the ZIP and when to call.

A live version uses your own price book. Works with tools like Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan.

What we’ll do, and what we won’t.

  1. Keep. Your practice-management system, your domain and your email stay exactly where they are.
  2. Fix. Intake, page speed, and how your firm is described to search engines and AI assistants.
  3. Leave alone. Anything that works. We write down why.
  4. Review. Your designer checks each step. Nothing goes live without your written approval.

Your numbers

What missed calls may cost you

Estimate

Four numbers from your own phone log and job records, and the weeks you work in a year. The answer is an estimate from your inputs, nothing more.

Count each caller once. Your phone’s call log has it.

Not suppliers or existing jobs.

Jobs divided by new customers, from your own records. 0 to 100.

From your invoices.

1 to 52.

Fill in all five and the estimate appears here.

Where the numbers come from, and ways to answer more calls: the missed-calls worksheet.

Get found. Get chosen. Get paid.

Each service is judged on one number and scoped to your business, not sold as a package. Pricing comes after your free audit, and we’ll tell you when a service isn’t what’s holding you back.

  1. Get found

Show up where people look: Google, AI assistants, ads and social.

When someone asks an AI assistant for a roofer in your town, other companies are named and you aren’t.

When someone asks an AI assistant for a brewery with food in your town, other places are named and you aren’t.

  2. Get chosen

Give people who find you a clear reason, and an easy way, to pick you.

  3. Get paid

Turn inquiries into booked work and paid invoices, and bring past customers back.

Where work leaks.

  • A plumber is under a sink when the phone rings. By the time they call back, the customer has hired someone else.

A med spa’s phone rings after closing, and nobody is there to pick up.

Someone calls a law firm at night about a problem that can’t wait, and nobody answers.

A restaurant misses a reservation call in the middle of dinner service.

SaifHaven OS

SaifHaven OS is one system for your leads, jobs or bookings, customers and follow-up. It’s set up for each business, with only the parts that business needs. Built for each business; your designer sets it up.

What each part of SaifHaven OS does

Our terms, in writing. Next to what’s typical.

The questionTypical agencySaifHaven
How long is the commitment?A fixed minimum term is common, and some run for a year or more.Every client is month to month after the first 90 days.
Who owns the website, the domain and the accounts? The domain, Google listing or ad accounts can end up in the agency’s name, and the site may live on the agency’s own platform.Your website and its content, your domain, your Google Business Profile, and your ad and analytics accounts are set up in your name. Your customer records are yours too.
What’s promised up front?Rankings, lead counts or quick results are sometimes promised before anyone has looked at your business. We don’t promise rankings. We show you exactly what we did and what changed. If we don’t think we can move the number the work is judged on, we say so in the plan, before work starts.

The exit kit. Whenever you leave, you get an exit kit: your domain and your logins and accounts (Google Business Profile, analytics and ad accounts), in your name; your website and its files; and an export of your records (customers, leads, quotes, jobs and invoices) in standard files you can open anywhere, which we prepare for you.

All our terms, side by side

We publish results, not adjectives — so we need the first set.

SaifHaven is new as an agency brand. Rather than fill this section with stock numbers or someone else’s wins, here is the actual position: we have no published case studies yet, and we are taking three founding clients to change that.

  • Reduced rate for the first six months

Below our standard rates, fixed for those six months, in exchange for what is below.

  • Permission to publish the numbers

Spend, cost per new customer and how many inquiries turned into work: named or anonymised, your choice, and you approve the write-up before it goes live.

Get your complimentary audit

AI does the heavy lifting. Your designer checks it before anything moves.

  1. Free audit

We scan your site, listings and tracking, and test whether AI assistants mention you.

  2. Plan

What to keep, what to fix and what to leave alone, with the number the work will be judged on.

Checked by You and your designer agree on the plan before work starts.

  3. Build and check

We build on a separate copy, and test speed, accessibility, links and forms before launch.

Checked by Your designer checks the preview, and a person launches it. Nothing goes live on its own.

  4. Run and report

Reporting against the agreed number, and follow-ups that run from messages you’ve approved.

Checked by You approve the wording of every message before anything sends.

Add details (optional)

Only if you’d like a call about your audit. We won’t text you.

Real people review every report before it’s sent. How we use your details: privacy policy

Questions, answered.

What does the free audit include?

Five things: what your site runs on, and what’s worth keeping; domain, email and tracking risks; how you show up on Google; whether AI assistants mention you, and what they cite; and three fixes you can do yourself. It’s free, and it’s yours to act on with or without us.

How much does it cost?

Pricing after your free audit. Each engagement is scoped to your business, not sold as a package, so we price it once we’ve seen what you have and what you need. You see a written plan before any work starts. Every client is month to month after the first 90 days. The audit itself commits you to nothing.

Do I need to be technical?

No. We do the work, you approve the wording, and you can pause anything.

I’m tied in with my current agency. Can I still switch?

Usually, yes. We take stock of everything first: every page, account and form, and who controls it. Then we move your domain, Google listing, analytics and ad accounts into your name, and switch nothing off until its replacement is checked. If your contract has time left on it, we plan the switch around the date it ends. And with us, whenever you leave, you get an exit kit: your domain and your logins and accounts (Google Business Profile, analytics and ad accounts), in your name; your website and its files; and an export of your records (customers, leads, quotes, jobs and invoices) in standard files you can open anywhere, which we prepare for you.
